The Townhouse @ Leon’s — Terms and Conditions
Thank you for choosing to stay at The Townhouse @ Leon’s. We look forward to welcoming you. By making a booking, you enter into an agreement with us and accept the following terms and conditions.
1. Prices and payment
The price covers accommodation only. Breakfast is not included, but may be purchased separately in our café downstairs Mon-Fri from 8.30am, Sat from 9:00am and Sun from 10:00am Payments can be made through our website booking link via Stripe, or by a Stripe payment link provided by us when you call. All stays must be paid in full before arrival, or as otherwise stated at the time of booking. Management reserves the right to cancel a booking without notice if payment has not been received before arrival.
2. Cancellations
Once you have booked your stay, our agreement is a legal contract and the following cancellation policy applies: Cancellations made at least 48 hrs before the arrival date: 100% refund less a €10 cancellation fee. Cancellations made at less than 48 hrs before the arrival date: 50% refund less a €10 cancellation fee. Cancellations on the day of arrival no refund.
3. Non-availability
We will cancel a booking only if the accommodation becomes unavailable for reasons beyond our control. We will try to offer alternative accommodation. If this is not possible, or is unacceptable to you, we will refund all money paid. Our liability is limited to this refund.
4. Check-in
Check-in is available from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Early check-in is not available. If you expect to arrive after 9:00 pm, please let us know in advance. We will provide late check-in details, including lockbox access where applicable. Late arrival is possible with prior notice.
5. Check-out
Please vacate your room by 11:00 am on the day of departure.
6. Damage, breakages and lost keys
Please take care of the accommodation and its facilities. You are responsible for any breakage, loss or damage caused during your stay, including accidental damage. You may be charged up to the full cost of repair or replacement. This also applies to items missing from your room during your stay. A charge of €20 applies for each lost key.
7. Liability
The Townhouse @ Leon’s accepts no liability for loss, damage or injury to members of your party, vehicles or personal belongings during your stay.
8. Parking
Free parking but is subject to availability, at guests’ own risk. A maximum of 1 parking space is available per room.
9. Internet access
Free Wi-Fi is available in all common areas and most bedrooms. As this service is outside our control, we cannot guarantee its availability, speed or quality.
10. No smoking/vaping
Smoking/vaping is not permitted in bedrooms or public areas. If you are found to be smoking/vaping in your room, a €250 charge will be made to cover the additional cleaning of furnishings and fabrics.
11. Pets
Pets are not permitted.
12. Parties and non-guests
Parties are not permitted. Non-guests may not enter the property without prior permission from staff. 13. Right to refuse entry Staff reserve the right to refuse entry where they reasonably believe that a guest may behave in an antisocial or disruptive manner towards staff or other guests. We have zero tolerance for abusive, aggressive or offensive behaviour towards our staff
